House trained (no barking) dogs allowed. We just ask that they stay off beds/ furniture and that you keep the patio clean. Please be respectful of neighbors when using the outdoor patio. No excessive noise. Please garbage bins at the rear of the house.

North Hermosa is simply amazing! Equidistant between the Manhattan and Hermosa Beach Piers, you can walk to either to enjoy shops restaurants bars and the best of the beach communities! You will delight in the beach lifestyle - surf, sand and sun - right at your doorstep! Ride your bike between beach cities using the readily accessible bike trails hugging the coastline. Go for a run on the shaded, breezy green belt, picnic at Valley Park, or just hang at home! This neighborhood is beach living at its best!

Neighborhood is very walkable! Park your car and leave your keys for the weekend. Street parking is readily available on 26th st, Myrtle and surrounding roads. There is a seasonal permit which we will provide upon check in if needed. The apartment has an entrance on 27th court so you can drive up and drop off things off and then go find a place to park - this is a great perk!
