Come stay at the beach! Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom 1 bath beach home in the best part of Hermosa! Live two blocks from the beach and a half block from valley park. Come enjoy the sun, sand and fresh air in our recently renovated, light and bright pied-à-terre!
Good to know
the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay by the sea! - Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with extra sheets and bedding, big windows that keep it airy and bright, large closet with additional storage above, desk and additional drawers and comfy chair for relaxing. - Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with big windows looking down on the lower level patio, spacious floor space and a mirrored closet and desk area - kitchen: microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, silverware, cooking sets, blender for the sunrise smoothie, and more! - bathroom: tub/shower combo, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ample storage - home office: desks in both bedrooms, fiber wifi, and lots of light! - living room: large connected tv with hbo, Netflix, etc, leather couch, many many bookshelves - laundry: in-unit washer dryer combo unit! - additional amenities: heater, iron, extra bedding, linen closet
House Rules
Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet time for the neighborhood starts at 10 pm am and it’s a well respected threshold. Please keep pets off of sofas, beds and other furniture.

Neighborhood
North Hermosa is known to be the friendliest of neighborhoods, and home to some of the best of the beach - Marthas, The Bottle Inn, the Green Store and of course the North End! Feel free to ask us for our best of the beach map list! Hermosa Beach is amazing, with a culture of creativity, surf, and good vibes. You'll find the locals to be warm, friendly and ocean minded. We are just two short blocks from the famous Hermosa Beach strand, where you can run/bike along the sand, play beach volleyball or jump in the water for a surf or swim! Valley Park is 100 feet away and has bbqs, fire pits, and a playground for your little ones. There is also a green belt up the street for shaded walks or runs away from the beach.

We are equidistant between the Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers, so have walkable access to a wide selection of restaurants, shopping, yoga studios, coffee shops etc. This location is great for walking!
