Please refrain from excessive noise after 9 PM. No parties No pets. Please put trash/recycling in the bins in front of the house. They are located on the right side of the garage. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed upon check out.

Neighborhood
North Hermosa is the best part of the beach! The location is equidistant between the Manhattan and Hermosa piers (15 min walk either way) so you really get the best of both worlds. In the immediate one-three block radius you also have 3-5 restaurants, 3 convenience stores, a post office and a dry cleaning place so you really just end up parking your car for the weekend!
